• Chestnut (Châtaigne) — French or Italian Marrons (kastanye besar premium), dikupas segar atau vacuum-packed berkualitas tinggi.
• Black Truffle — Fresh Périgord Black Truffle (Tuber melanosporum) atau Italian truffle — di-shave tipis di atas sup.
• Truffle Essence / Oil — Pure black truffle oil atau truffle butter (bukan aroma sintetis).
• Base — Chicken stock atau vegetable stock homemade dari ayam kampung organik, heavy cream full-fat (35-40% fat), butter Eropa (seperti Président atau unsalted French butter).
• Garnish — Gold leaf flakes, fresh chervil atau parsley micro, dan sedikit Marsala wine atau sherry premium.
